Trafalgar Square is a spot where many people visit on New Year's Eve each year. It is one of the best places to see the New Year in. Every year visitors to Trafalgar Square revel in listening to the sound of Big Ben's chimes when the clock strikes midnight.

You can stand by the tall Christmas tree with friends or family and enjoy the night. Some jump into the fountain and make complete fools of themselves. Whatever goes on at Trafalgar Square is fun to watch and the atmosphere is great there.

The public transport system, such as, the London underground, London buses, Dockland's light railway and tram link will operate all night until 4.30 am on New Year's Eve in London. This service will be free for everyone from midnight to 4.30am. So getting to London and home again will be easy.

So, where ever you are in London on New Year's Eve you will get to see the firework display and hear Big Ben's chimes at midnight, but hanging out at Trafalgar Square later in the evening is a unique experience. Anyone will enjoy it and it is unforgettable than going to just a night club!
