A more recent movie is Christmas With The Cranks. This movie stars Tim Allen and Jamie Lee Curtis as Mr. and Mrs. Crank. The two decide that this year they are not going to celebrate Christmas. Kids everywhere love the idea of defeating bad guys on their own, or staying in a hotel room with no parental supervision, which means endless candy and jumping on the bed. Both family friendly films provide good family entertainment.

More popular holiday films include The Santa Claus and its follower, The Santa Claus 2. Both films are so popular that The Santa Claus 3 is coming to theaters this holiday season. The movies star Tim Allen who, through a series of events, becomes THE Santa Claus. The films follow him to the North Pole and feature the elves and reindeer. These movies play up to the imagination and provide hours of holiday enjoyment.

Another recent movie is The Polar Express. This film came out during the 2005 holiday season and features the vocal talents of Tom Hanks. It is an animated film that can be enjoyed by children and adults. It is an instant classic that everyone is sure to love!
