Ball games
There is much kind of ball games such as soccer and basketball. It was a simple sport that kids can do in your backyard. What you need is just a ball, a buckets or a net. For your little kids, you may just teach them to practice throwing balls at targets, into buckets or barrels, or even into basketball hoops. Teach them how to kick the ball on a target. You can do it on weekend or whenever you have a time for your kids.
Swimming is fun. Kids like to play in the water. They love to make their body wet. You can do this sport in a public swimming pool or in your own swimming pool. Off course this is more expensive. So if you don't have a swimming pool, you may ask your child to swim on a public swimming pool.
Walking
Walking is the cheapest and the best sport we can do. Everyone can do it. It contains much benefit. Ask your kids and may be your whole family to walk together. You can do this around your house or in a park near your home. I'm sure it will be more fun. Feel the fresh air and make your family relations stronger and closer.
Biking
I'd love this sport. How about you? Biking is good for our healthy. Just like walking sport. With the kids, we can travel and enjoy the view around our village.
Tae kwon do
I like to recommend tae kwon do as individual sports. Tae kwon do class sizes are small - eight to 10 kids per instructor. Instructors proceed slowly, teaching the moves in a slow, repetitive style. Kids of all athletic abilities can progress quickly and often receive the next-level belt within one or two months of starting.
Fishing
Doing this sport, you will able to teach your kid about patient. Fishing is not easy sometime. It needs more time and a special place where the fish live. You can go to the river, beach or a lake. Plan a holiday with your family, make a camp there and try to catch some fish on the river. That could be more fun.
Finally, be prepared for some trial and error. Despite your best efforts and research, the sport you and your child pick may turn out to be a total failure. While disappointing, this is OK. Try to figure out what went wrong: the sport, the instructor or the team? You may have to move to the next sport on the list, or look for a different instructor or team. But you and your child have probably learned a lot in the process and you can apply this knowledge to your next attempt.
