San Francisco is a great city for romance. The Golden Gate Bridge, the ocean, and the winding streets are just a few of the classic reminders for this great city. San Francisco is also a gourmet Mecca for an array of delicious delicacies. The following are some great restaurants for a perfect date night in San Francisco.

Dante's Seafood Grill on Pier 39 in San Francisco is a very romantic place for anyone to dine. They have floor to ceiling views of the city and the ocean. The fare is steaks, seafood, and pasta. This restaurant is a little more upscale than some on this Pier but completely worth the visit. Once you're done with a romantic meal by candlelight, you can stroll Pier 39 and do wine tasting or grab an ice cream cone in the shops lining the Pier.

Fleur de Lys is a sumptuous French Restaurant. They have a great experience with their 5 course meals, which matches wine to each course. They have 3 and 4 course meals as well with or without wine. Some of the delicacies on their menu include foie gras, veal, and rabbit. The price is very expensive however for a special night they are a perfect place. The restaurant itself is decorated in rich crimson and black, low lighting and candlelight adds to the mood.

If you want something different from seafood and classic French Fare there is a delicious Moroccan restaurant in San Francisco called Aziza. The restaurant itself is mirrored after many Moroccan sensual fantasies. Lots of candles light up the interior, mosaic glass reflects all the candlelight. The walls are in aquas, yellows, and oranges giving the restaurant warmth. There menu is exciting as well. Having classic and new style Moroccan food giving something for every taste. They also provide mouth watering cocktails and wine that focus purely on pleasure. If the intimate seating and beautiful surroundings does not create romance than the rich and luscious food should.

San Francisco is a tempting city with many restaurants that provide a great atmosphere for seducing or treating the one you love. A great tip is that the ocean provides wonderful views and restaurants will capitalize on this, so follow the ocean to the gourmet restaurant you like. Also asking your local San Franciscan is also key, they will always know the out of the way, but delicious places to eat within the city. Romance is easy to find with this beautiful coastal town.
