Blue Door Music Hall
The Blue Door is only open if there is a concert scheduled for that night. However, there is usually live music regardless every Friday and Saturday night. Sometimes they open their doors on Thursdays and Sundays. The Blue Door has a more intimate setting, and you won't regret getting to here some of the best performing artists around if you visit. They are a non-profit organization, and it is a bring-your-own-beverage place. they do offer pop and coffee in exchange for a slight donation, and all ages are welcome. They open about one hour before any concert begins. The Blue Door Music Hall is located at 2805 N. McKinley Avenue.
Green Door
Opened in may of 2001, The Green Door is known as being the best that Oklahoma City has to offer in the ways of a punk-rock club. A great club for all amateur's to play in, the Green Door welcomes anyone in their doors to play. You may hear pop, goth, or punk on any given night. The green Door is only open on the nights that hold shows and concerts, but that is usually every night anyway. Best to just call ahead! For more entertainment take your friends in to shoot a game of pool, play the jukebox, or sit at the bar slingin' back some could ones. Cowboys
Living true to their name, Cowboys offers a mechanical bull and boasts having the largest dance floor in the state. Come on in to here the city's country music, and all are welcome as their is no age limit! As long as you are over 15, you're welcome in. As well as playing the normal country-western songs, Cowboys also plays the Top 40's hits of the day and R&B to keep everyone happy. DJ's spin out these latest hits, so theres always room to get in a song request! To get in on an only 21-and-up dance night, check their calendar for dates.
