The Inner Fire Yoga Center offers classes seven days a week and from several different instructors. Yoga class participants can learn Power Flow, Hot Yoga, Yin or Aroma Flow Yoga. Several class options are available throughout the day. Individuals interested in taking yoga classes at Inner Fire Yoga Center can spend $20 for two weeks of unlimited classes or can pick a class for three months for just $109 a month (Senior discount is $99 and couples are $198) or a twelve month membership for $109 a month with the first month free (students are on an automatic monthly payment plan). Community class drop-in rate is just $8 every Saturday. Private yoga instructions are available, as well as massage therapy.

Located behind the Great Dane Pub in Fitchburg, Bliss Flow Yoga & Wellness Center offers yoga class seven days a week, as well as massage therapy, private sessions and other special events. Take a relaxing yoga class set to great music and complete your experience with a guided wine tasting. Individuals interested in checking out Bliss Flow Yoga & Wellness Center can have one week of unlimited classes for just $10! Otherwise, it is $59 a month for unlimited classes. A three-month membership starts at $275 or it is $99 for one month. Students can join in 10 classes for $99 or can take any single class for just $12. Yoga parties are also available upon request and include an instructor, yoga mats and props.

Twisted Fitness isn't just any old yoga studio, visitors to the gym can also get a massage, participate in boot camp, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, do crunch time, mixed martial arts, and Muay Thai Kickboxing, as well as Twisted Yoga. Twisted Yoga is a little different than standard yoga classes found around Madison. Students can learn Ashtanga Yoga, meant to realign the spine, detoxify the body and build strength, stamina and flexibility overall! The intermediate and second class is meant to strengthen and cleanse the nervous system. Totally Twisted Vinyasa Flow focuses on breathing and is different each class. For individuals experiencing a great deal of chronic pain, the Twisted Fitness Center can be a big help!
4) Kaivalya Yoga

Kaivalya Yoga boasts the blending of music, fashion and technology in their yoga studio! Individuals interested in checking it out can try one week of unlimited yoga classes for just $10! This offer is available to first-time Kaivalya Yoga students only. Beginning Tuesday, June 1st, 2010, rooftop yoga classes will be held every Tuesday on the 15th floor of the Lucky Apartment building overlooking Lake Mendota and the UW campus starting at 12:10 p.m. on Tuesdays and 4:55 p.m. on Thursdays. Starting May 1st, classes are offered at a reduced summer rate! Walk-ins are just $13 and individuals who have a class pack can walk-in at 8:00 a.m. each morning for a $5 class. One month of classes start at $99 for students and $109 for non-students. Individuals can also pay for a 5 Class Pack starting at $49. Private yoga sessions and yoga parties are available.
5) Jewel in the Lotus Yoga LLC

In addition to offering yoga to area residents, Jewel in the Lotus Yoga also offers a Yoga Teacher Training Program! This program is 200 hours and is approved by the Yoga Alliance. Private sessions and Tai Massage is also available, as well as transformational breathing and sacred sound sessions. Non-student rates start at $12 a class for individuals who want to simply drop in and $10 for registered students. Prenatal yoga is just $12 a class and children's yoga is $10 a class (drop-in rates). Jewel in the Lotus Yoga will also give students a $5 credit for each new student that is referred to the center.
