A healthy relationship can occur with just about anyone,a spouse,a acquaintance,a life long friend or even a relative,the idea is how to obtain a level of healthy satisfaction between each other. When you are connected with someone in a positive way you feel more at ease and comforted. Being in lots of good relationships can help reduce stress,anxiety and blood pressure. Healthy relationships increase the " feel good" endorphins in your body and help to keep your memory sharp,active and more alert.

There are things that you can do to increase the healthy level in any relationship.
1.Always be realistic. People make mistakes,we are all just simply human. You should learn not to dwell on the negatives but focus more on the positives. Setting realistic goals in a relationship helps to prevent any let downs that may and will occur.

2.Talk. Communcation is the way that we all thrive in society so,why not in a relationship. Share,listen and ask questions. Be genuinely interested and offer positiveness and honest advice when need be.

3.Be able to bend. Allow yourself room in a relationship to learn and grow. Be understanding and patient.

4. Spend time on yourself. Do something for yourself,alone,that you enjoy. Take you into consideration. Whatever it may be like a long walk,a good book or even a nice hot bubble bath,giving yourself those few moments help make a difference in the world around you by putting your own self at ease.

5.Be someone who other people can depend on.If you make plans to do something with someone,follow through. Be responsible in the relationship so that you show that you are trustworthy.

6.If a problem should arise,fight fairly.Set aside time to discuss the situation,don't judge or criticize,stay on topic and never bring old issues into the current problem. Don't hold grudges and never assume things go straight to the source of the problem and figure it out.

7.Try new things. By trying new things it brings back excitement and creativity into a relationship. But be wary don't overload yourself or you could easily lose balance and focus in a relationship.

8.Meet new people. Always keep yourself open to meeting and interacting with new people. Be social and outgoing.

9.Be supportive. When someone shares good news with you react in a positive upbeat manner. Celebrate with them and relish in their excitement.

10.Always be yourself. Long healthy relationships are based on the real you and the real them.

Life is to short to be in relationships that cause you stress and drag you down. Decreasing the negative in your life and being more positive can increase your life span and improve your quality of life. Allow yourself to enjoy your relationships not to feel as though they are a burden. Learning to achieve healthy relationships can change your outlook on life in general. Everyone has the potential to make changes to better their life. We all learn through trail and error and having healthy relationships can make a big difference.
