The first chest workout we are going to perform are incline bench press. It is important that you start of with incline bench presses. Incline bench presses work the top half of you chest. A majority of the people usually start off with flat bench presses, and that is the only exercise that they do. Most of the middle part of there chest is developed and the top is lagging. So here is what you will need to do. Select a weight that is moderate for you, I would start with 45lb weights or the 35lb weights if you are a beginner. Set up your bench at about a 45 degree angle. You want to have a wide grip on the barbell. Lift up the barbell and bring it down slowly with control. Push the barbell up and hold for two seconds. Repeat the process. You want to do this for 8-10 times. You want to do 3 sets of 8-10.

Repeat this process 8-10 times. You want to do 3 sets of 8-10.

Dumbbell Presses

Dumbbell press are on of the best exercises to do if you want to get a killer chest workout. You can do this exercise to ways, Inclined or Flat bench. I would suggest starting of with the inclined. The first thing you need to do is grab a set of Dumbbells. I would start with a couple of 25lb weights. No more than 30lb. Sit your back to the bench a hold the dumbbells out as if you where holding a barbell. Press up with both of the dumbbells and squeeze for 2 seconds, bring back down slowly.
