I often wonder where I'm from
To what place do i belong
Is it far across a stormy sea?
Where they sing their proudest songs
Or is it in a forests green
Where of nature I'm a guest
Did i live among the oldest trees
Who's wisdom knows no best
Or perhaps i lived among the gods
on a mountain in the sky
Where water fell upon the earth
As tears fell from my eyes
Or underneath the land itself
in darkness did I dwell
Where no one knew or cared i lived
A man beneath his shell
To where oh where do i belong
Will i find my way back home
Until that day I wander lost
An endless walk alone
