A New Jay-Z Album in 2009

Jay-Z will release the Blueprint 3 on September 11, 2009. This album will be the third in the Blueprint series for Jay-Z. 2009 has seemed like it has been a year of hip hop sequels. Jay-Z continues to put out albums even though he has almost retired already several times. Whether this will be his last studio album is anybodies guess. I would say that he has a lot more music in him. The Blueprint 3 will be Jay-Z's 11th studio album. Which is very impressive for a rapper. Jay-Z also topped this years list of Forbes riches rappers.

With Relapse and Relapse 2 by Eminem coming out this year and Blackout 2 by Redman and Methodman as well as Only Built For Cuban Linx 2 coming out by Raekwon. 2009 will forever be the year remember for hip hop sequels and a revival for hip hop as a whole. Many artist put out records this year that had been dormant for a while. Busta Rhymes put out a record, 50 Cent will put out a record later on as well as Dr.Dre. Jay-Z will join the party on September 11, 2009 with The Blue Print 3. Jay-Z fans have got to be excited about this one, I know I sure am.

Jay-Z has been a busy man in recent years between owning a basketball team, a clothing company, several restaurants and other businesses. He also owns a record label and he of course continues rapping while juggling all these different businesses adventures. Jay-Z is by far hip hops most successful businessman.

What this album will actually sound like is anybodies guess. The title means that Jay-Z may be trying to go back to the Blueprint sound, which made him very successful in the early 2000's. His record sales have been declining since The Blueprint sold over 3 million records. The album title alone may have many fans exited to hear the album before it comes out. Four singles from the album have already been released among mixed reviews. "Brooklyn We Go Hard" was a pretty nice tune that was classic Jay-Z at his best.

In conclusion, Jay-Z's 11th studio album The Blue Print 3 will be released on September 11th, 2009. The album is yet another score for hip hop in 2009. This year has been a hip hop revival and may turn out to be the best year for hip hop this decade.
