Since the victors wanted to keep tabs on earth, it is a safe assumption that in the beginning, this task was left to their military. Their forces would have many responsibilities in regards to both security on earth and their new home. Did the military even leave at all? It is possible that a substantial force remained on earth at least prior to the last century, when humans began reaching for the skies? It would be easy for them to remain undetected until then. This could be a possibility, for it would serve the military several purposes. First and foremost, they would be close enough to react, should their enemies try anything foolish. After all, earth is their enemies' prison. A base on earth would also provide a safe and secure emergency destination should anything go wrong on the other planet. Perhaps they were still shipping supplies from earth. Precious raw material and food may have been needed at this point until the victors could attain self-sufficiency. If this were so, supply lines to and from the other planet would probably require protection. These are all good reasons to keep a powerful detachment of troops based on earth. This would also mean that interaction between the victors and humans could have continued, albeit on a very limited basis. Maybe even an educator or two stayed behind, assigned as military advisors on human behavior. These advisors may have been responsible to monitor human activity and update their progress for their superiors. In this way the military could focus more attention on their enemies. The assignment may have also included occasional interaction, when the situation called for it.
This theory is possible, and could explain occurrences in which humans were aided by superior beings in the past. The details of these encounters are there in our history. Throughout the ages there are many legends of humans being aided by an assortment of prophets, angels, gods and beings with unexplained powers. How these specific encounters fit in with this theory is left for debate. The point is that these encounters are an indication that the victors kept in contact with humans, at least until recent history. Over the centuries the victors may have aided humans in a great variety of ways. The legends surrounding human encounters with gods and angels now begin to make sense. The victors could have probably just watched from afar, but until recent history, limiting their presence to unseen forces and mysterious encounters could make it possible to still interact with only a few of them. These 'apparitions' would also serve to easily continue educating humans in various parts of the world. Consider the many quick thrusts in important human progress and technology. In any event, there must have come a time when even limited contact with humans became impractical and unsafe.
When humans began reaching the skies, things probably became too unpredictable for the victors' military force to remain here on earth. By that time, there is a good possibility the colonists are self-sufficiently living in their new environment. This would mean raw materials and basic supplies are generally no longer needed, and supply shipments would be fewer. There are so many humans flying their rickety contraptions in the air, it has become difficult avoiding them. Primitive radio communication systems are always things to contend with. Humans are quickly evolving, and soon the military's specific location on earth will be discovered. Their enemies probably knew where they were all along. So it is interesting to note that the victors did not want their physical presence known to humans. Contact with humans since the flood has already been limited. This may indicate an intention for humans to achieve the instructed goals on our own, like a mother weaning her baby off the nipple. The idea being that the path humans choose to take must be a conscience decision, because the concept of 'good' has already been defined for us. We know what is right and what is just. It is up to us. Their presence and interaction with humans would only complicate matters, and defeats the purpose. In any event, the military must have finally had to fully evacuate the planet when humans began to fly. At this point, the victors' advanced vehicles can be easily detected, and the risks are too high.
A possible plan could have been placed into motion by the victors' prior to their final evacuation. By then they would have had extensive knowledge and experience in creating artificial living environments. They probably could build several small outposts in strategic locations within a short amount of time. Security posts may have been erected on several nearby planets or natural satellites all along. This would resolve the issues of military security, containing their enemies, and make it possible for the military to finally vacate earth. Closely observing progress on earth without being detected is another matter. To immortals, human technology will soon explode in the blink of an eye. They will no longer be able to monitor humans in close proximity anymore. The practice has become too risky. So the last civilian advisors are either sent home, or reassigned to a nearby outpost. Once the military leaves earth, the victors can only watch how things progress from afar. The concept of green little men may have begun at this point. In a previous installment, it was proposed that little green men were actually unintelligent biological androids, created to observe human progress. They would serve two purposes. First, their creation would prevent any victor from being endangered or captured while closely observing humans. Second, the little green men's sheer ugliness would cause fright or uncertainty in humans, allowing for a quick escape while doing maintenance or other duties. Whether this is the case or not, it is reassuring to know that the victors still take interest in how things progress on earth, and with humans. The many UFO reports around the world can attest to this. Something quickly comes to mind, what do they think of us so far? This is not an easy question to answer. For example, just watch the conflicting images and messages on television. You get the idea, and no doubt they are monitoring these transmissions. Over time human civilizations have accomplished so much good, and have inflicted so much evil, occasionally both at the same time. But it goes much deeper than that, because the things that allow these evils to occur are the same things inside each one of us.
The objectives, and methods in achieving this goodness are simple, plain and clear. You only have to read ancient manuscripts and the instructions are written there, in any language or belief. The central theme in their writing pertains to how humans are to treat each other. Whoever the educator was, it is no doubt that he or she was a superior being. However, it is interesting that rather than teach humans of their own great accomplishments, they found it important to teach lessons focusing on human behavior instead. Unselfishness, loyalty, justice, fairness, consideration, compassion, humbleness, and love are only a few of the many righteous lessons contained in these archives. If we accept that these common ideals are important instructions from a superior being in what we should achieve, the message begins with the simplest temptations the individual human contends with. Temptations usually lead to the complete opposite of what their instructions contain. They lead to selfishness, disloyalty, injustice, unfairness, inconsideration, uncompassionate behavior, egotism and hate, even for the most miniscule of desires.
Apparently the real message is for us to behave how they wish, or get out of the way. It may ultimately mean terminating a portion of humankind, maybe even all of us, when they return. This is something to carefully consider. The instructions for human behavior is clearly written and preserved. Look to the religious doctrine of your choice. Now take a look at what humans have become. Not globally, take a long look into the mirror. We have simple rules in every society, based on these ancient lessons from a more advanced being. To steal or kill is a universally common sin, but what about the little things we disregard in our daily lives? Does breaking a small rule like jaywalking conflict with what they tried to teach? Is the desire for a useless luxury a sin? Do we believe that minor self-importance and inconsiderate behavior parallels with their instructions? Secluding ourselves in a congregation from the rest of society may even be a sin in itself. What if we are judged as a whole? Those who think they have achieved these goals may only find themselves punished with the rest of us. Religion insists that it is possible for a single human to control his or her own destiny. The victors have demonstrated that they are merciful people. Perhaps we can rely on this, but it may be too presumptuous for us to assume. There is a distinct possibility that humans may be judged as a race, especially if you consider that we are beings they may not have intended to create in the first place. Again we return to the ancient manuscripts to read of their compassion as our reassurance. Nevertheless, humans have a better chance of being accepted if more of us simply obeyed the victors' doctrine. If we are successful there may even be a possibility humans could inherit the earth, coexisting as fellow beings. So it is written.
To modify an old saying, as individuals we should not rest upon our preconceived laurels. There is obviously more work to be done. We need to look closer at ourselves first. Only then can we all work together and correct the current course of human destiny, on a global scale. This may ultimately be our only redemption. Humans are left with one hope, the individual. It begins with us. It must start with the little things that we do individually. How we think of other humans, how we treat other humans, and who we really are when alone and left to our own devices. Just because one may not steal or kill, it does not mean that the human is without 'sin'. There are other sins we are guilty of. Simple sins, like inconsideration, selfishness and self-importance. These are traits either inherited by our natural biological heritage, or by other influences. Ultimately the ancient astronauts' lessons are specific, and similar to those of a parent. Parents teach life's lessons to their children, who eventually take these instructions and applies them to their own lives. The parent's lessons are intended for their children to retain in memory what a good and righteous life really is. If an individual can achieve what these victorious, advanced and superior beings intended for us to achieve, hopefully by our example to others, more humans will join along.
We have reached the conclusion of this theory. It makes just as much sense as anyone else's. Whether you accept even part of it, or dismiss it all as utter nonsense is not the important issue to conclude from this. The ultimate meaning of all this is simple. In ancient times an advanced race created humans. We are here. At some point they leave, insisting they will return. They left us common instructions in how we are to behave, and what we are to achieve. One day they will probably return, expecting to find that we have done this. I am not being self-righteous, nor am I preaching to anyone. It does not matter whether you believe in God, science or ancient astronauts, UFOs or little green men. We cannot deny that whoever left these important instructions meant for them to be carried out. This is the most important conclusion to come away with from this theory. Believe in however way you wish, the difference between right and wrong, is clearly defined. The important question is, how well have you and I done?
