A Letter to My President
From a Friend
My trust is in you,
To do the things
no one else could do.
Straighten out the mess
left behind by the rest,
I know it won't be easy
But now I got the best.
These things you see
have been taken from me,
every where that I look
sea to shining sea.
Trust, unity
and Brotherly Love,
At times I even feared
I lost the Lord's Love
from Above.

ease the doubts about me,
That have festered

Right the wrongs and ease my pain,
I don't care anymore
who was to blame.

He talked a good talk, but has stumbled and fallen on his face walking the walk.
I actually trust no one, and wrote this last year. Hope is always a good thing, sometimes all that we are left with, and I wrote this "hoping"... Thought he might be different, but just more of the same I must agree now. SOSDD :)Too bad though would have been nice to have had some real changes, God knows we have needed it for so long:( No Help for the heartbeat of America from these quarters in MHO.
You don't seriously think he is better than the ones we have had before him--Do you?
