Lets start with the most recent winner of "Celebrity Apprentice," and go back through the seasons.

Season 11 - John Rich
Season 10 - Brandy Kuentzel
Season 9 - Bret Michaels
Season 8 - Joan Rivers
Season 7 - Piers Morgan
Season 6 - Stefani Schaeffer
Season 5 - Sean Yazbeck
Season 4 - Randal Pinkett

The most viewers the show has received was during season 1, when 20.7 million tuned in. That same season 28.1 million viewers tuned in for the finale. Compare that to season 11, when 8.8 million viewers tuned in, and 8.3 tuned in to the finale.

The show has received high praise and criticism alike, but the hard core fans have stayed around to watch each season actually get better (for viewers), despite where the ratings fall. Since season 7 the celebrities have been competing with the proceeds going to charity. This is just part of the reason fans stay tuned in.

Season 12 is set to debut on February 12, 2012.
