A Look at the Government Stimulus Rebate Checks

The government decided to give a rebate check, which they call a stimulus, to people. The idea is to help boost the economy. They will be giving individuals $600, couples $1,200 and each child will get $300. The government hopes you will not use the rebate checks on bills.

Everyone should get their rebate checks by the beginning of June. It goes by the last two digits of your social security number and also if you get direct deposit or not.

I am glad that the government decided to give us these rebate checks. We could all use this extra money because of how expensive the economy is these days. It is very hard to afford anything, even if you make a decent wage. With gas prices going up every day and food, it gets very hard to try and make ends meet. I have been thinking about how I am going to spend my rebate check, since we are not supposed to use it on our many bills that we have.

I think that we will definitely use some of the rebate check to fill our gas tanks. I cannot believe how much gas is getting. We could probably manage to save the rebate check from the government and just use it for gas alone. Of course, we need more than just gas though.

We will also have to go grocery shopping and buy some food. Food is getting more expensive every day also. Milk has gone up a lot lately. I will probably buy enough food at least for a month. I have five kids so I need a lot of food to keep on the table. They can eat a lot.

I am going to have to go clothes shopping for my kids. They are all going to need summer clothes. I definitely shop for clothes that are on sale but even then they can be very expensive. Like I said before, I have five kids to dress so it gets a little expensive. The good thing is that I won't have to use a credit card to buy them clothes this time. I am so happy about that.

A couple of my kids really want to go to camp this year so I will probably have to spend some of the rebate check on that. They never were able to go to camp in the past so I think it will be a great experience for them. I would love for them to enjoy their summer this year and not be bored constantly. That would be a great thing to do for them.

If we have any money left over, maybe we will go somewhere. Of course, it won't be that far but maybe like a mini vacation. We never had the money before to take a family vacation so that would be great for us. It would be nice to bond as a whole family. Hopefully, we will be able to do that this summer.

I think that the rebate check will help a lot of families out. I think that it is great the government is giving us this chance. I know that you are not supposed to spend the rebate checks on bills but you can use your own money for the bills and use the stimulus for other things you need or want. Hopefully, the Government will give us these stimulus rebate checks again. I know that it is really going to help our family out.
