In this statement, Hitler is appealing to the people's pride. He is saying that he will restore freedom from the oppression of the Versailles Treaty that the Weimer Republic had laid upon the backs of the Germans and his government would bring strength and mastery to all Germans who wished to join him. The bashes the Weimer Republic so that no one will miss the democracy it promised and replaces it with a strong central power that will lead the Germans to restored National Pride.
