A Man's Guide on How to Lose Weight in a Month

Losing weight is always a challenge. Sure, you can go and cut out your red meat, eat mostly vegetables, and go on a massive diet. In most cases however, you'll end up gaining the weight you lost back. It's easier for men to lose weight than it is for women. So how do you lose enough weight so that you see a noticeable amount of weight loss in thirty days? It can indeed be done. Read on and you're learn all about it.

The reason why most people gain the weight back after they loose weight on a diet is this. When most people reach their weight loss goal, they relax. Most of the time, they go right back to eating the same stuff that they gained the weight with in the first place. The thing is, you don't have to give those things up. Here's what you do.

You can eat pasta, steak, bacon, bread and anything else. Just eat smaller portions. If you normally have two chicken drumsticks, two helpings of mashed potatoes, and two helpings of green beans for dinner. Continue to eat that, but cut it back. Have one drumstick of chicken, one helping of mashed potatoes, and one helping of green beans. If you're a big soda drinker, cut out the soda pop. That's not to say you can't have a soda once in a while but don't make it a regular thing. Keep drinking soda at once weekly at the MOST.

Increase your activity. You don't need to go and spend twenty dollars or more a month on a gym membership either. You don't need to start running five miles a day. Take a walk. Try to find a place where you can walk uphill. If your spouse or girlfriend is up for it, increase your sex life. Go hiking up a mountain. Play ball with your kids.

Here's the summary of it. Eat the same stuff you normally ate, but eat only ONE portion of each item and don't take seconds. Cut out the soda. Soda is so bad for you. Don't just switch to diet soda either. Diet soda is better for you than regular soda, but it's not much better.

Now, here it is thirty days later. After your get out of the shower, step on the scale. You have likely lost ten to fifteen pounds. There are faster weighs to lose weight, but this is the healthy way to lose weight. A few month of doing this, and you'll be back down to your ideal weight before you know it. Good luck.
