A Michael Perry Theory

A few weeks ago I wrote an article about the players in the Stotler/Richardson murders and at the end of the article I challenged the Jason Burkett supporters to come up with a theory where Michael Perry committed these murders and why they think it could happen that way. I have received absolutely NO responses from the Burkett camp. I had wagered that this would happen and it's no surprise to me that I haven't heard anyone respond. Well I have read enough court documents and statements made by the people involved in this case so to be fair, I came up with my own theory that explains how Michael Perry committed these murders and how Jason Burkett was not involved. Here is my theory:

Once upon a time, there was a very bad teenager named Mikey. Now Mikey hated everybody and everything that was good. He was terrorizing a place called Texastan and all the people there were afraid of Mikey. One day Mikey met a strapping young lad (snap) by the name of Jay. Jay was kind and pure and all of Texastan loved him but Mikey did not! When the two met, Mikey told Jay he wanted to do some bad things and that Jay was going to help him. Jay protested but feared Mikey's wrath so he did what he was told.

The next day, Jay went to the convent to pick up Sister Kristen so he could tell her all the bad things that Mikey had planned. He cried and cried and cried until Sister Kristen told him it would be OK and God would forgive him. Jay had to appropriate a vehicle so Mikey could ride in comfort but he couldn't find one. This made Mikey very angry and Mikey said "I'll do this myself you pathetic scum!" so Mikey left that day with Jay's shotgun and the next day Mikey had not one, but TWO vehicles but alas he could only drive one. This made him so mad that he wrecked the red one and then that bastard, Mikey, made Jay become his driver.

The very next day, Mikey and Jay were riding along when all of the sudden and for no reason at all, a police officer started shooting at their vehicle. Mikey screamed "You'll never take me alive, flatfoot!" Then he instructed Jay to cover him while he made his escape. So poor old Jay said a prayer to his God, closed his eyes and accidentally shot at the police officers. Mikey escaped but Jay and Sister Kristen couldn't live with themselves and turned Mikey in. Now Mikey is banished from ever walking free in Texastan and will die for his crimes. But in one last evil deed he called in a few favors from some corrupt Texastan government officials and had Jay put behind bars for the rest of his life. The people of Texastan are so relieved that the terror of Mikey is finally over and now live in peace and what about Sister Kristen? Well she went on to live happily ever after......The End

Wow, sometimes I even impress myself with how much knowledge I have about this case. I worked for hundreds of hours to come up with this defense proof theory and I think I nailed it. There is no way in hell ANYONE could poke holes in this scenario so don't even try. To all the Jason Burkett supporters, you're welcome.

All kidding aside, I do not want to make light of the fact that 3 people are dead and no knows exactly happened. I wrote that little fable to show that there is no plausible explanation for Michael Perry being the sole killer in these murders. No one has offered any kind of evidence that puts a shotgun in his hand or him at the Stotler residence. I will still be waiting for a real theory but I think I will be waiting for a very long time.
