Our forefathers had no way of knowing the eventual evolution of military hardware and therefore used an ambiguous term. "TO BEAR ARMS" what does this mean, does it mean that we have the right to high tech military hardware, bazookas, machine guns, grenade launchers and the like. At the time the document was written, arms was determined to be guns, cannons, powder and elementary explosives. There were no laws against any of these items until the twentieth century when the mafia made use of these items to hold sway over their illegitimate empires. Still to this day, you can purchase a machine gun, but to do so you must give up all of your rights to the federal government. Our forefathers believed that it was necessary for the people to rule. How is it possible for us to rule when all of our laws are written for the benefit of the corporations. Yes, our economy is strong. Yes, unemployment is low. Yes, war is good for our economy. But to what cost and to what end.
Do you personally believe that the American people could ever take back our country? Do you believe that we could do it without violence? Do you believe that Americans still rule our country? Well, let me tell you the truth. First, yes we can take back our country. Yes, we can take it back without violence. No, we no longer rule our country. And we no longer control our own destiny. It is now possible for the government to take away your right to bear arms for the smallest of infractions. Try defending your home. It is now the law of the land that anyone may come on your property, kill your dog, vandalize your property, threaten your life and the life of your family and if you take a swing at the individual or worse, take a shot at him. Baam, you loose all your rights. Doesn't it say somewhere in the bill of rights that they cannot take your rights for anything less than a felony? But, you can commit a simple misdemeanor and loose all your rights. Hypocrisy is the way of the future. Freedom has become an illusion. It is the short term goal of the government to disarm us all.
Why? Let me tell you. Even though they have taken away all but the most rudimentary of arms. They know that rebels with simple semi-auto rifles are still capable of holding back the modern military. During the worst of the struggle between Great Brittan and the IRA. The IRA was composed of fewer than four hundred men. Those four hundred men kept one quarter of Britian's military tied up for more than a quarter of a century. Does the government truly believe that they have one hope in hell of ever defeating the insurgents in Iraq? No. They know that they cannot and considering that it has long been U.S. policy not to negotiate with terrorists, they have boxed themselves into a corner. They have no way to legitimately appease them and certainly no way to defeat them. Then what may I ask is the ultimate goal? Hold on to your ass, if you haven't realized this yet, then your either going to be in denial or your going to think that I am a nut job(either way I don't care). The ultimate goal is to provoke a nuclear attack on the United States. Why? They know that if the U.S. is attacked that every redneck in the country is going to come out blazing. Every man of color will be killed in the streets. Then they can take away our guns, our rights and our spirit. They will finally control us.
We will be no different than France or Great Britian. Another country neutered like so many dogs in a shelter. What do they have to gain from this you ask? Allot, They have been whittling away at our rights for the last one-hundred years. They want a culture that simply consumes without question. Is it any mistake that the leading stories on the news are now celebrity fodder instead of real issues. Nobody cares about war, they want to know when Paris is getting out of jail. Does it not scare you that less than forty percent of Americans vote? Less than half of all people control us all. Why? Most Americans do not believe that their vote counts. And they would be right. The electoral college was founded right after African-Americans were allowed to vote. Is that merely coincidence? I think not. It was simply another way to assure that those who rule, would always rule. Oh, there is some truth that anyone can grow up to be president. But try not playing ball with the real ruling class and see if you even get a nomination.
So, are we to finally take up arms to defeat those who oppress us? No. There is a way. And I intend to point you in the right direction. Whether you take the path or not is up to you and everyone you know. Otherwise, the homeless will stay homeless, the hungry will stay hungry. Wars will be fought in every land to insure that your coffee does not exceed one dollar a cup. Like I said, to what end?
The following statements are to be taken literally. They are not written in stone. It is my wish that every American has a say in what matters and what does not. This is simply a guideline. Use it if you wish..
One....Maintain the freedoms and rights that our forefathers intended with the constitution and the bill of rights.
Two....Remove all lawyers, corporate henchmen and lobbyists from government.
Three....No one with a net worth over 150,000.00 may run for or hold public office. (this will insure that the people are represented and not private interests)
Four.....Seal the borders and allow legal immigration from all countries, no longer giving preference to Mexico and Latin America
Five.....Make lobbying an illegal offense, punishable by life in prison
Six....Require all products sold in the U.S. to either have 25% of all components manufactured in the U.S. or 100% assembled in the U.S.(agricultural products excluded)
Seven....Require all agricultural products imported into the U.S. be taxed to equalize cost with domestic production. (leveling trade, not giving it an advantage)
Eight....Impose a one world wage for all products imported into the U.S. (if it costs $20.00 per hour to make it here, then the same wage will be paid to those who do make it, or it will be taxed to that equivalent)
Nine....Eliminate the F.H.A. along with Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac....All housing in the future will be limited to super-cities (cities capable of holding two-million or more people under one roof) (Anyone wishing to build on undeveloped land must pay a development tax along with an environmental impact tax for the life of the home)
Ten....Build an super-tube system for the distribution of goods. (40' diameter magnetic tubes carrying all trade) This would eliminate 20% of carbon emissions in the U.S.
Eleven....Set aside all undeveloped land for future generations. Implement tax incentives and housing subsidies to everyone to encourage migration into the super-cities. Reclaim all developed land abandoned by migration.
Twelve....Free water for all domestic households....God gave us all water, it should never be paid for, except by business and corporations..
Thirteen....Free electricity for all domestic households.....The cost to earnings on electricity is unreasonable, cost of manufacturing current should be borne by industry, business and corporations.
Fourteen....Free Phone (land line) for all domestic households....cost to earnings is shameful....same as above.....
Fifteen.....Rights to create laws and enforce them shall be turned back over to the states except in cases where the federal government must interfere.
Sixteen....Elections, amendments etc...will be voted on by every American (with the exception of felons) with one vote counting as much as the next.
Seventeen.....The electoral college will be disbanded. One vote for one American....
Eighteen....Laws passed by congress will be brought forth for Americans to vote on, their representative in Washington will then vote the will of his constituents..
Nineteen....If a lawmaker shuns the will of his constituents and votes contrary to their will, he may be forced from office by special election.
Twenty....The President shall make no war or take any police action in any country without the full consent of the congress and the people...
Twenty-one.....Perjury in office is grounds for immediate impeachment and shall be voted on by the people. A two-thirds majority must be gained for impeachment.
Twenty-Two.....The Office of the President is to maintain the highest level of dignity, honesty and will retain all powers granted in the original Constitution. Any President found wanting in his duties to the state or lacking moral fiber will find himself at the will of the people and subject to rule 21.
Twenty-three....All electronic voting machines used by any district will not only count the votes electronically, but will be required to print two receipts. One for the election commission in case of a re-count and one for the voter. Any electronic voting machine found to skew the election results will result in criminal prosecution of the makers of said machine.
Twenty-four.....All of these rules are for the people and must be ratified by the people. Any rule that does not get a two-thirds majority when voted on will become void and nullified....
If you agree that it is time to change the rules to suit the needs of the people, then I request that you print this out and do everything in your power to make it law. Our government has long pandered to the corporations, however, what is good for business isn't always good for the people.
