Moms like treats too, but they tend to be the ones cooking them. If you want to cook for your mom (or the mom of your kids, or a friend, or any other mom) here are some tasty treats to satisfy the sweet tooth.

Chocolate Roll Cake
3 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
¼ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Baking Soda
1/3 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Cocoa
2/3 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Vanilla
Beat eggs at high speed for 2 minutes until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and continue beating 2 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, and blend 1 minute. Pour evenly in pan. Sprinkle powdered sugar on cake. Turn cake on towel to roll. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.

Strawberry Cobbler
2 21-ounce cans Strawberry pie filling
½ Cup Butter or Margarine softened
1 3-oz. Package Cream Cheese, Softened
2 Tsps vanilla
2 9-oz. Packages Yellow Cake Mix
Pour pie filling into greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes or until heated through. In a mixing bowl, cream butter, cream cheese, and vanilla. In another bowl, pour cake mixes, then add cream cheese mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over hot filling and bake at 350 for 25-20 minutes or until topping is golden brown.

I'm not sure about the pan, mom wasn't specific in the recipe box! I'd go with a probably, but don't quote me. ;)
