A Mother's Love
A mother's love is found
in each delicate kiss
she places on a child she adores
it is found in her warm embrace
full of tenderness and care
it is found in her gentle touch
as she comforts and caresses
it is found in her kind words
full of understanding and compassion
a mother's love is also found
in the mistakes she made
in the lessons she learned
and in the wisdom she passes on
to her children and grandchildren
for a mother's love is unfading
with time or years
growing deeper with age
and though no mother is perfect
you will find no perfection quite like that
of a mother's unending love
