Paris Hilton is Sent Back to Jail

A Paris Jail Tale: Chapter Three - Tweak's Rants 6/8/2007

Previously on, 'The Paris Jail Tale'... Paris Hilton screws up, not once, not twice, but three times, and gets a 45 day jail sentence, just like a normal person. Well, to be more accurate, a person without millions of dollars for doing absolutely nothing.

Then comes chapter two, the disappointing sequel. After serving a whopping 3 days in jail, Paris gets let out and put on house arrest. Keep in mind, her house may be the size of some of the towns we live in. Seriously, it's a big house. This true act of treating celebrities with an open invitation to do whatever they want, was all thanks to the LA Sheriff's Department, specifically, Sheriff Lee Baca. Due to an unspecified medical condition, jail was too dangerous for the princess. Bullcrap! And we all know it.

So now, in chapter three, the hero enters, dressed in all black. Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer, the judge who originally ordered Hilton be sent to jail, was fed up with everything he was hearing on the radio, people saying agreed to a phone hearing and not actually needing her present for this second hearing among the most notable. He also claimed he did not condone the sheriff's decision to let her leave jail early. The end result? Paris screamed and cried for her mother (literally), as the judge ordered that she serve her full 45 day jail sentence. Granted, it will probably be in a somewhat pampered state, even though I say throw her in gen pop, but for Paris, it is going to be jail.

There may be hope for the country yet... Maybe.

Paris is such a spoiled brat. The jail didn't last long enough.

This article is fabulous! It's nice to know Paris is being treated SOMEWHAT like the rest of us, although she does get her own cell and doesn't have to interact with the general population. If it were me, they wouldn't give me that luxury.

Great article Tweak. A friend of mine pointed out how Martha Stewart at least went to jail with dignity intact at least. You have to respect Martha for that. And wasn't her sentence more than Paris? (I don't remember) I say send her to jail and throw away the key. She's a waste of space. Bye
