A Personal Journey Through Weight Loss: Week 2

Eric Hubbard
Week 2 has begun of my weight loss battle, and the results are quite positive. Since my last time last week, I have lost a total of 7 pounds. I understand that is a bit more then what is recommended, but I feel good and am still going strong.

So far I have really only encountered a few side affects. The major one is once you are on an all natural diet, your body flat out doesn't like being fed non natural foods. I am maintaining a high intake of fruits and vegetables, and a few eggs thrown in to supplement my protein shakes. My workout regime is increased, allowing me much more endurance during my super set workout.

My general plan is to continue the super sets for this week and probably next, then move to a maintenance and maintaining workout. I walk 2 miles a day, spend 15 minutes on the bike, and then my super set workouts. My pants are about falling off, but I haven't re-measured the waist line. I was on the verge of increasing a size and having to buy more pants; however, I now appear to be headed towards the smaller jeans in the back of the closet.

For anybody wishing to lose weight, but can't find the time, you have to make time. Anybody can lose weight and get back to how they wish to be.
