A Poem for Earth Day
I love the Earth
The Earth loves me
I love the flowers in spring
The Birds and the Trees.
The Earth gives for me
The Earth gives for you
The Earth gives us breaths
The Earth causes Deaths
Mother Earth curves the way
Makes it save for children to play
Its time for Earths Birthday
So lets give it a treat
Turn off the Electricity
Turn down the heat
Don't take the car
Use your feet
Earth is a special day
For all on the planet
From the top of the sky
to the bottom of the granite.
