Staring at my reflection
I view your ghost return
Faithful companion lost
The memory in pain it burns
Never could I have imagined
A day with out your guidance
Now I feel lost and hopeless
With no one to confide in
I hold you in my heart
The memory is not enough
That's all I now have left
Memory of a voice that's gruff
You always expected much
I never gave my best
Now I'm the one burdened
Too late for true feelings to confess
We always shared ideas
We always stated personal meanings
Time we thought we had
So we never shared personal feelings
Now your gone but I'm left behind
With out you I feel blind
Bottom line we will never part
Your wisdom I will always hold in my heart
