A Poetry Challenge Quatrain - Dress Up

Growing Up is Hard to Do

Teresa Mahieu
A Quatrain is a poem consisting of 4 lines. Lines 2 and 4 must rhyme and lines 1 and 3 may or may not rhyme. Also, the rhyming lines should have a similar number of syllables. This poem consists of a series of quatrains (two or more 4 line stanzas).

Dress Up

my bra it is too tight,
it's new to me you see,
i can't get the fit right,
grandma will you help me?

my pantyhose feel like satin,
upon my skinny little legs,
i giggle at the packaging,
you see they came from plastic eggs!

I hope you liked my silly little poem about a little girls dilemma while growing up. How to wear all of those extra new accessories.
