The casing features a USB port for DC-out, power jack for DC-in and a charge indicator with its button. Lighter and thinner than a standard cell phone; the Gearjuice can be easily carried around wherever you go. It charges through the USB port on your computer or laptop using the bundled USB cable. Besides cell phones, all iPod products too can be charged with the device. The mini USB connector lets you charge MP3 players and other portable devices using 5 V (or less) of power. If you run out of power while on the move, you can recharge the Gearjuice using your laptops USB port. So, inspite of the bundled adapter, you won't need to look for a standard wall-socket power source.
Design:
It has a sturdy build and a sleek design with a glossy black finish. Although the glossy surface is prone to finger prints and scratches, the bundled carry-pouch is good enough for protection. All the bundled parts are of very good quality. Overall it's a pretty stylish product.

Although a little heavy on the pocket, the Gearjuice would prove to be useful for extensive travelers and to those who use many portable gadgets. People using high-end cell phones and portable devices can make best use of this gadget.
