The Holiday season is approaching quickly, not everbody has time to make homemade Blueberry Cobbler. I have a quick fix for this treat! Among the many gatherings of families for the holidays, there will be plenty of meats and treats! Desserts galore and a whole bunch more, but what if you do not have enough desserts left over and need to come up with something quick. I have a recipe for some quick and yummy Blueberry Cobbler just in time.

All you will need is:

A 16 oz bag of frozen or fresh Blueberries,

2 tablespoons of Flour

Some premade sugar cookies ready to bake

1/3 cup of sugar (or use Splenda)

Optional (Sugar free or regular Vanilla Ice Cream)

That is all the items you will need to make this Blueberry Cobbler. Now first, we take a baking dish either a 8 or 9 inch ungreased pan or a baking dish atleast 2 inches deep and put 16 oz blueberries in them, if you would really like more blueberries then just add them!. Then take the 2 tablespoons of flour and mix that in with the blueberries. Next, add your 1/3 cup of sugar in with the blueberries and mix it around so that all the blueberries are coated with the flour and sugar mixture. Next take your pre-made, (preferable pre cut as well) sugar cookies and place each one on top on the blueberries to cover most of the all the blueberries in the baking dish.

Now you are ready to put your quick Blueberry Cobbler in the oven. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place the Blueberry Cobbler in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the cookies look like they are done, usually when they are a light golden brown on top. Next, take your Blueberry Cobbler out of the oven carefully and let it cool for about 15 minutes. Lastly, for a great treat, have some Vanilla ice cream ready to scoop and place on top of you warm Blueberry Cobbler you have in your bowl. This will satisfy anyone's taste buds for a sweet tooth craving. On top of Blueberry Cobbler being tasting so good, it is packed with Antioxidants, which are a good nutrient for your body!

This recipe can serve up to 6, depending how big of a scoop you take!
