If you are looking for a natural way to enhance your skin's appearance without chemicals and cakiness, you should give this foundation a try. Korres Ginger and Vitamins Foundation is a breath of fresh air in the wake of new found interest in organic products. This foundation is a favorite of celebrities including Angelina Jolie who is a fan of the all natural line. The Korres line as a whole boasts impressive makeup capabilities and skin care benefits to boot. Homeopathic ingredients lend a holistic feel. This foundation contains lecithin to help promote healthy skin turnover.

Usage and Benefits:

Wash your face first and apply a light weight moisturizer. Next, dot foundation on your face and blend for radiant, even coverage. It provides light to medium coverage. You can layer it on under the eyes or on problem areas for additional coverage. The ginger tones and moisturizes the skin giving you a more even tone. It is easily blended with your finger tips, but you may also use a sponge if you wish.

The Verdict:

This foundation has my vote all the way. It is such a great product for moody and disobedient skin. It does come with a hefty price tag of $28. In my opinion, it is worth the money spent. With regular usage it has improved the overall smoothness of my skin. I have noticed that I do not break out as much. The natural ingredients in Korres Ginger and Vitamins Foundation are non irritating and a good choice for those of us who also have sensitive skin. I love the easy way that it almost melts into your skin. It blends seamlessly and leaves no visible jaw line. The texture of this product is heavenly. Putting it on feels luxurious and you just know that you are doing something good for your skin.It seems to just glide on flawlessly. It will make your face give off an airbrushed quality. I also love the lightweight feel of the makeup on my skin. It does not feel like a mask the way some foundations do. It is also long wearing. I wore this all day at work and did not even have to reapply at night to go out. It held up better than any of my other traditional makeup. I will be trying other products in this line!

Where to Buy:

You may purchase the Korres line of natural products at specialty stores. It is also available on line at Sephora. If you are patient and check often enough, you may get lucky and find it with a bargain price tag on Ebay.
