4 cups day old bread (wheat, white, or potato), broken into 1-2" squares
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp sea salt
to taste pepper
1/8 cup fresh parsley, minced
2 tsp garlic salt

Preheat large saucepan over medium heat.
Preheat a large saucepan over medium heat.2
Prepare mixture.
Using a one gallon ZipLoc bag; add bread squares, olive oil, and parsley.3
Shake.
Shake the bread and oil mixture until pieces are as evenly coated as possible.The bread pieces should be lightly oiled, not soaked with oil.4
When your pan is preheated.
Add the bread and oil mixture into the preheated pan, stirring constantly.Season generously with sea salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.5
Cook.
Cook the bread squares over medium-high heat, stirring regularly, until browned and crispy to taste.Tip
These Crackery Croutons make a great a topper for your favorite soup and pasta dishes. If you use larger bread squares, they make the perfect dipping cracker for a hummus or ranch dip!
