REVIEW: We first ate at Ten East about 10 years ago, back when we were on a shoestring budget and lived about 30 minutes away. We made it a tradition to treat ourselves on special occasions. Chef George usually has a special menu for Valentines day and that was always something to look forward to.
Now that we live closer and are a little less restricted budget wise we go there at least once a month. We love the atmosphere and the people who work there, but most of all we go for the food. Everything on the menu is great and George always comes out himself when he gets a break in the kitchen to go to each table and be sure everything is to each customers satisfaction. My wife always gets the filet but I have tried just about everything else and loved it all.
One word of caution this is probably not the best place to bring a young child. This is actually nice for us on date night, the last thing we want is a screaming child, we get enough of that at home! If you want a nice romantic dinner this is the place to be, save the drive to Atlanta next time and give Ten East a try.
