A Review of Drexel Hill Cyclery in Drexel Hill, PA

A Long Standing Tradition

Jennifer Bove
I remember when I was a small girl going to the bike store with my neighbor to get her first "real bike". At the time the sign on the front merely said Raleigh Bikes. That owner has long since retired, but the tradition lives on. It is nice to have a local neighborhood shop where you can go and know you'll be taken care of. Like I mentioned the tradition lives on, and that's through the past owner's son. Friendly service from a person who has loved bicycling all his life. Very knowledgeable, you can get help with any and all of your needs after purchasing a bike here.

Drexel Hill -- I remember that name, though I don't suppose I've ever been there. Of course the name Drexel is a famous one in the Philadelphia area.

This reminds me of a bicycle shop in my neighborhood growing up!! I'm glad you spot lighted it, Jenn! Now that the warmer weather is here, I've been talking about getting a bike for myself to ride down TWLR and would much rather support a local business then a big conglomerate like WalMart!! Thanks again ..

    A mere 0.6 miles from 4422 Bloomfield Avenue. :)

That reminds me that I have to get my butt back on my bike and start riding again. Sitting around all day doesn't do much for the weight.
