2005 Honda Civics are great on gas, too! I get approximately 30 miles per gallon in the city and approximately 36 miles per gallon on the highway - pretty good for a used non-hybrid vehicle, in my opinion! Although, I'd really like a power moonroof in my Honda Civic (which comes standard in the 2005 Honda Civic EX and EX Special Edition models), I am pretty comfortable without it. My 2005 Honda Civic LX Special Edition coupe has an awesome 6 speaker, 6 disc, CD audio system with MP3 connectivity in the dash, which makes for great sound and plenty of music listening options!
The 2005 Honda Civic LX Special Edition comes with a 115 horsepower, 1.7 liter, SOHC 4 cylinder engine, along with power windows, mirrors, and door locks. It also features cruise control and a remote entry system. I also have a 4 speed automatic transmission, but a 5 speed manual transmission is available for all 2005 Honda Civic models, as well. Along with these standard features for a 2005 Honda Civic LX, the LX Special Edition comes with some more perks (besides the incredible CD player and sound system) including stunning 15 inch, 15 spoke alloy wheels and a sporty trunk spoiler.
On the roads of a city or the highway, I have found that my 2005 Honda Civic handles quite nicely, although I will admit that it does not handle the best in rain, snow, or ice. I also have found that there is not much headroom for taller passengers riding in the back seat, however there is ample headroom and legroom for the driver and front seat passenger. The only other complaint I have about my 2005 Honda Civic Special Edition is that it only has 2 cup holders in the front seat, although I most often do not even need more than 2.
According to Automotive.com, all 2005 Honda Civics also have an excellent resale value, which is important in this economy. I have also noticed that parts for my 2005 Honda Civic have been quite affordable, and overall, I have found my 2005 Honda Civic to be a great value for the price!

Post a CommentGood choice ... good car. Reliable in a way that is still the standard for others.
Sounds great. I would love to buy a Honda, I hear they're great cars, but right now I don't have enough money or credit since we just bought a home and I'm also trying to pay off credit cards... Thanks for the review! : )
