Vanessa gave me a nice haircut, demi-glazed my hair (to get rid of the orange ends from the Houston, TX sun) and perm; and she sat with me (and talked) the entire time instead of leaving me to read boring magazines by myself. My hair was a bit stubborn so my perm didn't' take quite as well as I had hoped for but that's OK because I'll be going back for a re-perm in a month.

I have no doubt I'll wind up with exactly what I was hoping to achieve when I get my re-perm because Vanessa is a pro.
