This movie is about a young skateboarder who wants to deflower as many virgins as he can, but he is unaware that he is HIV positive. He also believes that condoms don't work and he refuses to use them. The skateboarder is named Telly. His best friend is named Casper. Telly and Casper are your basic slacker punks. All they want to do is get high with their skateboarder friends. They don't care what they have to do to get high. They are willing to steal from their parents to get what they want.

Now Telly met this young girl named Jennie last summer. They had sex. Telly didn't want anything to do with her after he slept with her. Jennie was hurt that Telly used her for sex but she got over it. One day Jennie decides to accompany her friend Ruby to get an HIV test. Ruby is afraid that she has HIV because she is a very sexual person. She have had unsafe sex several times. Jennie isn't worried because she only had sex one time even though she did not use protection. So Ruby and Jennie gets an HIV test. It turns out that Ruby is HIV negative. Jennie is the one who has HIV. So Jennie goes on a mission to find Telly and tell him that he has HIV before he sleeps with anybody else. Can Jennie get to Telly in time? Or will he infect another girl?

This film is directed by Larry Clark. This movie stars Leo Fitzpatrick as Telly. He has been on the hit shows The Wire and My Name is Earl. Justin Pierce plays Casper in the movie. He has been in the movies Next Friday and Wild Horses. Chloe Sevigny plays the character Jennie. You may recognize her from the movies Zodiac, Party Monster, American Psycho, The Last Days of Disco and Boys Don't Cry. The movie also stars Rosario Dawson in her first film role. She goes on to star in the movies He Got Game, Sin City, Rent, Clerk 2, and Death Proof.

This movie is an realistic betrayal of the world of AIDS. Anybody can be affected by this deadly disease. This film is set in the early 90s. Back then the world barely knew anything about the disease. Telly thought that he was immune from the disease. But he was wrong. So many young people were diagnosed with HIV at that time because they didn't know about safe sex. Luckily, people have learn from their mistakes. School are now teaching young kids about the dangers of HIV and AIDS. Watch this movie and educate yourself about the disease.
