A Review of Notchup Talent Scout Employment

So I searched on-line for flexible jobs available for telecommuters, jobs for moms, and came upon a site listing all of these telecommuting jobs. Momcorps.com is a well recognize site for these sort of listings. They are legitimate according to reviews. I found Notchup there looking for web-savvy researchers for their Talent Scout position. Experience is great but not necessary, work any time, no cold calls, no limits. Flexibility and a lot of it, which was why I signed up. On the plus it says I could make between $15 to $30 per hour. I was really excited and told my husband about it. Heck I'd only have to work a few hours a day and I'd be all set.

It didn't take me long to figure out the process. As a Talent Scout I'm suppose to find candidates for Notchup's clients. I've allowed Notchup to access my LinkedIn account to make searching for candidates easier. Because I didn't have a LinkedIn account, I had to create one. No problem. LinkedIn has so many members, and some even paid to be members. They have at least 60 millions members from all over the world. Their profile includes bios and work history, resumes, for recruiters to see.

Notchup's project was easy. I accept the project, find candidates and submit them to Notchup by the due date posted by Notchup's clients. After submitting candidates you'll be able to earn more by comparing candidates.

Here's the trick to earning any money. The candidates you submitted must make it to the top 50. You're paid more if they make it to the very top, and lower if their at the bottom. If the submitted candidates are outside of those range, you're not going to get paid. Pay range is $3.0 (the highest) and $1.50 (the lowest).

Now Notchup's clients are looking for employees and there are requirements that candidates have to meet, such as required skills. You as a Talent Scout search for these candidates based on the clients need. Talent Scouts find these candidates rate them based on the amount of skills they have, and submit them to Notchup who will review and later submit to clients for further reviewing of candidates.

As a Talent Scout you will have the opportunity to submit more candidates depending on your level. In the beginning you'd be able to submit 3 candidates. The number of candidates can be unlimited in the end depending the amount of time you put in as a Talent Scout.

Just remember that only your top candidates can help you earn that $3 or $1.50. I'm not making much right now and I've been doing this for over a month, but I think it's better than inboxdollars or myLot. Is it worth it? From my point of view, not really, because I'm looking for real income, not just a few dollars to buy my kids snacks.
