A Review of Organic Long Grain Brown Rice by Yoga Organics
This Organic Brown Rice in Inexpensive and Taste Great
This is an excellent price for organic brown rice, I was very happy to have found it at such a deal. When I was getting it on a regular basis I wasn't only happy to be getting it for its great price but I was also happy to be getting it because I thought that it tasted really, really good. My mom was in the need of some rice and she too prefers to get organic rice as well as get brown rice and we were in the grocery store where I knew they sold the Organic Long Grain Brown Rice by Yoga Organics. She also was impressed with the price and got herself a bag. They didn't sell bulk rice at this particular grocery store so I myself didn't get any rice but I certainly got to thinking about the Yoga Organics Rice.
I took the time to study the bag of Organic Long Grain Brown Rice by Yoga Organics that my mom had got because I was curious about the nutrition facts. I know that brown rice is very good for you but some times I like to be reminded of how much. A serving size of rice is usually one fourth of a cup and with this organic brown rice that is the case. In a serving there is one hundred and seventy calories with ten calories from fat. The organic brown rice contains thirty-seven grams of carbohydrates, three grams of fiber and four grams of protein in every serving. In addition in the minerals and vitamins section of the nutrition facts it listed four percent for iron for every serving as well. I thought that these nutrition facts looked very, very good.
In addition to getting the Organic Long Grain Brown Rice by Yoga Organics before I also got a bag of Lundberg Family Farms Organic Long Grain Brown Rice before as well as a bag of their Eco-Farmed California Brown Basmati Rice. I think that both brands make some really great rice. I would recommend for anyone to try out the Organic Long Grain Brown Rice by Yoga Organics. As long as you like brown rice I think that you would really, really like it and at such a great price you really have nothing to lose. I know that I would get it if I didn't get my rice in bulk or if I shopped at the grocery store where I find it at more often. Even if I don't get a bag anytime soon I am glad that I got it before and I am glad that I told my mom about it.
