A Review of Sapphire Teriyaki Noodles and Vegetables

Affordable, Different and Yummy

Bridgitte Williams

I am a big fan of teriyaki type dishes, so when I came across Sapphire Teriyaki Noodles and Vegetables in the frozen dinners section of my local favorite Dollar Tree store, I was thrilled. This meal looked very good. I decided to buy it, try it out and write a product review all about my personal experience with it. Here is what I discovered!

I bought one Sapphire Teriyaki Noodles And Vegetables meal for only one dollar. What a great and low price. I loved it! This is a tiny dinner and you might want to buy two of them, to have a filling meal. This meal has noodles, teriyaki sauce, bell peppers, onions, carrots, pineapple, soy sauce and many other ingredients in it. This dish is fairly low in calories, low in cholesterol and also low in fat. Amazing. I could not wait to taste it!

This dinner is perfect for microwave cooking and that is how I decided to prepare it. I placed the box in my microwave, heated it on high for four minutes, let stand for three minutes and unwrapped, opened the box, stirred well and served on a plate. This meal looked very good and it smelled wonderful. When I tasted Sapphire Teriyaki Noodles and Vegetables, I loved them! This dish is tangy, tart and sweet. It has fresh veggies galore. I loved the pineapple in this dish. The soy sauce pulls this meal together well. It tastes gourmet and special. The noodles are so good and the veggies are crisp and fresh tasting. This one is a winner. A veggie lovers meal that is packed with flavor. I rate this meal four stars out of five stars. I will be buying it again. It pleased me.

One serving has 210 calories. Only 25 of those calories come from fat. Wow! One serving has just 3 grams of total fat, 0 grams of saturated, fabulous, 0 grams of trans fat, 2 grams of polyunsaturated fat, 1 gram of monounsaturated fat, 0 mg's of cholesterol, 670 mg's of sodium, 41 grams of total carbs, 3 grams of dietary fiber, 16 grams of sugars and 6 grams of protein. This dish provided me with eighty percent of my daily vitamin A need. Spectacular! This meal also provided me with twenty-five percent of my daily vitamin C need. Awesome. It also has a nice amount of iron in it. This product does contain wheat and soybeans.

I loved trying Sapphire Teriyaki Noodles and Vegetables and writing this product review all about it. It is delicious. I am a fan of many Sapphire brand frozen meals and this is indeed one of them. I highly recommend this one. Lots of fun and fantastic taste. Can't beat the low price and ease of cooking. High in vitamins and diet friendly. I love it! I have a new appreciation for this dinner, having tried it with a veggie loving friend. We both loved it!
