What was it about St. Ives Apricot Scrub that finally made me settle down with just one brand of facial soap? First of all, it gets the job done. My face is dirty, it cleans it. Bottom line. It doesn't leave me smelling like a flower and it keeps me pimple-free. What else can you ask for in a facial soap? Let me go into a bit more detail:
The scrubbing beads in St. Ives Apricot Scrub face soap do a great job of exfoliating
St. Ives Apricot Scrub is more than just facial soap. It really is a scrub, which gives it a bit more friction when you wash your face with it. It exfoliates your skin, makes sure the dirt gets out of your pores, and cleans away all that dead skin. I love how it feels. It's rough, but in a good way. You know it's doing its job. Your skin comes away feeling softer and your pores are clean, keeping acne away.
St. Ives Apricot Scrub face soap smells and feels good
As a guy the thing I hate most about some soaps is how you come out of the shower smelling like a florist. I don't want to smell like anything. I just want to smell clean, you know what I mean? St. Ives Apricot Scrub may have the smell of apricot in it, but the smell doesn't linger on you. It smells like a little freshness while you're putting it on, and when you get out of the shower you can go watch the game with the guys and no one will know you were using an apricot scrub. It feels good too. After washing your face you genuinely feel fresh. Listen, I'm not going to get all girly on you, but I enjoy washing my face with it.
After using St. Ives Apricot Scrub face soap I won't go back to all those other brands I used to use. And cost-wise, you'll spend the same amount of money on St. Ives as on the other brands of face soap. If cost is a wash, you may as well use a face soap that gets the job done.
