When walking through the door of the restaurant you are greeted by a friendly staff member. We almost always have the door held open for us, but the few times we haven't it has only been because the facility was packed with customers and there weren't any free hands. Every employee greets you with a smile, is clean and well kept, and is eager to be of help. If the establishment is busy, they are still quick and efficient about taking your order, and getting your order to you if you choose to dine in.
Their food is wonderful. The potato salad is unlike any I have had before, creamy and delicious every time. I have become a big fan of their Peppers and Beef select sandwich with au jus as well. The sweet tea is always sweetened just the right amount, always fresh, and always cold. All of the food my family and I have ordered from this restaurant have met and exceeded expectations. My husband loves Reuben sandwiches and has been disappointed in the past with other restaurant's versions. Not so with Sweet Peppers. Every bite is a treat to our taste buds.
The typical menu offers foods to meet the whole family's needs. Appetizers range from chips and rotel, soups, and chili. They offer several options for sandwiches, wraps and salads. They even offer a light menu for the weight conscience and a children's menu. There are many varieties of breads, sides, and cheeses to add to your main course. Dessert is a must with three different types of cheesecakes, several options for cookies, and several others to delight the palette.
The restaurant has always been clean and well organized, even on the busiest days. The servers are quick to clean up after leaving customers to make the tables ready for new customers. The temperature indoors has always been consistent, and comfortable, and they offer many different options for seating. There is a small area out doors with tables. They also offer traditional table and chairs seating indoors along with pub tables just for fun. They even have a couch and cushioned chairs to relax in for those who choose to lounge as they dine.
With added bonuses like easy, convenient parking and wifi combined with a wonderful dining experience, this restaurant is top notch establishment. With 17 locations across the United States, I highly suggest stopping by a location and try it out for yourself.
