A Review of Terra Stripes & Blues Exotic Vegetable Chips: Made with Sea Salt

New and Different

Bridgitte Williams

I love veggie type snacks and I also love chips. When I came across a bag of Terra Stripes & Blues Exotic Vegetable Chips in the snacks section of my local favorite grocery store, I was delighted. I decided to buy them, try them out and write a product review all about my personal experience with them. Here is what I discovered!

One bag of Terra Stripes & Blues Exotic Vegetable Chips costs around four dollars. Each bag has seven servings in it. This snack is made with sea salt and I liked that fact. These chips are quite different. The picture of these chips, on the front of the bag, looked great! Very colorful and eye catching chips, I must say. That is because they are made with candy striped beets, red sweet potatoes and blue potatoes. Wow! I could not wait to taste them!

Stripes and blues are perfect to describe this snack. The candy striped beet chips are just that. Red and white. They are very pretty and festive. The red sweet potato chips are deep orange red and the blue potato chips are just that. Deep blue and violet shades abound. This snack looks great and will delight your guests. When I tried these, I loved them. They have a sweet and slightly salty fresh veggie taste. They are thick and crunchy. They are yummy and I discovered that they go well with ranch dip. They are unforgettable. These make a perfect stand out snack for fourth of July parties, Labor day gatherings and Memorial day activities. They are patriotic in color and that is so cool!

I rate Terra Stripes & Blues Exotic Vegetable Chips four stars out of five stars. I will be buying them again. They are a winner for veggie chips lovers. One serving has 140 calories. 70 of those calories are from fat. One serving has 8 grams of total fat, 0.5 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 0 mg's of cholesterol, 110 mg's of sodium, 16 grams of total carbs, 2 grams of dietary fiber, 5 grams of sugars and 2 grams of protein. This snack is loaded in vitamin C! One serving provided me with fifty percent of my daily vitamin C requirement. Awesome! I have tried other Terra brand snacks and liked them. They make parsnip chips, sweet potato chips, taro chips, beet chips and kettle chips, just to name a few.

I enjoyed trying Terra Stripes & Blues Exotic Vegetable Chips and writing this product review about them. They are yummy. These chips are very thick and you must like thick chips to enjoy these. They do hold up well in dip. They make quite a splash at parties and are memorable. These veggie chips rock and I recommend them. They make snacking more fun and healthy. It is easy to eat your veggies with these.
