A Review of T-Mobile's BlackBerry 8320 Curve Titanium MyFaves Phone

What Kind of Features Does This Phone Offer?

Justin
With all the new high-tech phones on the market today, how do you know which one to choose? They all have a near-endless list of features and fancy new styling, so there are many different models to choose from. The features, styling, and user interface should all play a key role in your decision, but the service provider should factor into the equation also. The service provider was one of the main variables I took into consideration when making my decision.

One phone that has recently been gaining popularity quickly is the BlackBerry 8320 Curve Titanium myFaves phone offered by T-Mobile. In addition to the two megapixel camera that takes great pictures, there are also many other great features. One huge benefit of this phone is its ability to switch seamlessly between Wi-Fi and T-Mobile's network as you are talking. There are many T-Mobile HotSpots where you can take advantage of this feature in addition to your own home. Of course this phone also has great web-browsing capabilities as expected. You can browse the web, check your e-mail, and use instant-messaging programs all from the convenience of your phone. The screen to view such activities is crisp and clear as well as being a great size. The screen is big enough to comfortably view without straining your eyes.

What good are all of these web-browsing, e-mail, and instant-messaging features if you can't put them to use quickly and effectively. That is where the BlackBerry 8320 Curve really shines. The QWERTY full-size keyboard is easy to use and feels solid instead of cheap and flimsy. The keys have a great layout, and this helps contribute to the overall easy user interface of the T-Mobile BlackBerry 8320 Curve myFaves cell phone.

I personally use T-Mobile and am very satisfied with their network and service. It's a great idea to take advantage of the myFaves option with this phone. With the myFaves plan, you get unlimited calling to any five people of your choice. This feature can really help conserve your minutes, and I am a huge fan of it.

If you are looking for a cheaper option, I recommend the T-Mobile Blackberry Pearl 8100. It is very popular, and is known to have excellent reliability. This model is worth checking out because of the price difference. It's not quite as new, the camera is 1.3 megapixel instead of 2.0, and it doesn't have the WiFi, but those features may not mean much to you.

If you are really on a budget, Motorola's Razr is always worth considering. It hasn't gained its immense popularity without reason. It doesn't have a keyboard, which can be a negative or positive depending on what you are looking for. What it does have is a very compact size, great support, and a hefty list of features. If you are looking for a cell phone with the best bang for your buck, the Razr can't be beat in my opinion. Many times they come free with the purchase of a service plan.

Amazon.com has the best deal I have found on this phone at just $74.99 currently with the purchase of a service plan. Blackberry phones have a great record of reliability, so I wouldn't personally choose to purchase a warranty with it. Since cell phones are used heavily, it wouldn't be a bad idea if you decided you wanted the extra protection.

Great article, thank you. I am waiting for the next generation TMo phones to come out (with 3G). Supposedly their fast fast data network is to be live in June.

    Best regards,
