A Review of Yoplait Delights Chocolate Eclair Parfait: 100 Calories

I love many Yoplait brand yogurt desserts. Recently, I came across a four pack of Yoplait Delights Chocolate Eclair Parfaits in the refrigerated yogurt desserts section of my favorite grocery store. I had seen the television ads for these and I was tempted by them. I decided to buy, try and write a product review about my experience. Here is what I discovered!

A four pack of Yoplait Delights Chocolate Eclair Parfaits costs around four dollars. The price does vary, depending on where you buy this product at. This yogurt dessert features chocolate low fat yogurt topped with vanilla custard low fat yogurt. I adore chocolate and custard. I could not wait to taste this dessert. This product is gluten free. I liked that fact. It is sweetened with sucralose and another sweetener. It also has cocoa, chocolate liquor, kosher gelatin and low fat milk, among many other ingredients, in it. When I tasted this yogurt parfait, I liked it. The creamy vanilla custard yogurt topping is fun and dreamy. The chocolate yogurt is rich and satisfying. The parfait style blend makes a treat that is creative and very different. I rate Yoplait Delights Chocolate Eclair Parfait four stars out of five stars. I will buy this product again. It is a tasty, once in a while treat for me. It is diet friendly and makes a great snack.

One of these yogurt parfaits has only 100 calories. Just 15 of those calories come from fat. Not bad. This treat has 1.5 grams of total fat, 1 gram of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 5 mg's of cholesterol, 90 mg's of sodium, 200 mg's of potassium, 19 grams of total carbs, 13 grams of sugars and 4 grams of protein. I had fun trying this product and writing a review about it. It stands out as something unique from the Yoplait yogurt line, in my opinion. For an occasional dessert, this one is a winner! Yoplait Delights come in many flavors like cherry cheesecake and chocolate raspberry, just to name a few. Fantastic!
