A Ridiculous Poem

A Choke Hold on Employment Growth

LarrWayne Po
Just borrowed a word Bill Clinton, was said to have recently used, and it turned into a poem. The poem is not a direct take off of Bill's frustrations of the forbidding of oil drilling in the USA. Oil drillers and coal miners need to work. Would some rather they join the crowd of the hungry?

Ridiculous

How high can Ridiculous
Climb on the vine?
Imagination can look
Through the sky,
But what is the use
To try to jump that high?

Leaping from tree to tree
Is risky.
Have you ever tried?

With no net below
To catch the fall,
Down will come the meat
With a splat,
That's all.

Entice others to leap
And avoid the risk?
So that is your scheme;
That is your wish.

The choker may become
The target,
The chokee.
How does that sound
To a joker,
That may become the jokee?

LarrWayne, AKA Quack Jack of many trades. If the educated do not educate others, the long term pay back will be "We are surrounded by the uneducated and they want to rule over us". Politically incorrect poem...  View profile
