The Beaumont Hotel will be serving dinner from 5:30 - 8:30 pm on Valentine's Day, Monday, February 14th. Dinner will be served in the Grand Ballroom.
A quiet, relaxing dinner will await you and your sweetheart on this Valentine's Day. All you have to do is make reservations by calling 970 325-7000. The price of this romantic dinner is just $69 per couple.

Well this is less than the $85 several local restaurants want for V-day couples to dine there, but I'm afraid the transportation costs to Ouray would more than make up the difference! Maybe someday we'll live closer.
