A Senior Citizen's Review: Alltime Best 2 Products for Fine, Limp Hair

These White Sands Products Will Liberate You from the Fine, Limp Hair Peeled Onion Syndrome

Janie Ellington
After 60+ years of fussing with my fine, limp hair all day, I have found White Sands products! When exposed to moisture in the air, my hair always went flat-the dreaded "peeled onion" syndrome. There is no comparison with any other product I have ever used...and, during my 60+ years, I've used some! White Sands Firm Hold Liquid Texture and Infinity Liquid Texture Firm Finish Spray have liberated me. They are the alltime best 2 products for fine, limp hair.

White Sands Firm Hold Liquid Texture in Place of Root-lifting Gel

Before praising White Sands Firm Hold Liquid Texture, I will tell you about one of the White Sands products that I don't care for. I tried the White Sands Designer Gel and I quit using it because it causes my fine hair to look dull. It was a good root lifter, but I did not want dull hair on top of having fine, limp hair.

The good news is that White Sands Firm Hold Liquid Texture works fine in place of the root-lifting Designer Gel. I spray it all over my head while my hair is wet and then dry. It does cause a little brush drag, especially if your hair is not very short. It is just my opinion that anyone with fine, limp hair should have it short! To avoid the brush drag, you can also get the hair almost dry before spraying it.

White Sands Infinity Liquid Texture Firm Finish Spray

Although this is called a Finish Spray, I use it right after I dry my hair. Lift the hair with one hand and spray at the root level with the other. Before it dries, you can work the hair with your fingers a little, piecing it and placing it and pulling it where you want it. The effect you are going for is to lift up the roots. Once it is dry, fine, limp hair does not suffer the peeled onion syndrome in moist weather.

White Sands Infinity Liquid Texture Firm Finish Spray can also be used as a final spray, after styling, to keep hair in place. It stays flexible enough that you don't get the dreaded "hat effect."

Infinity Finish Spray won Reader's Choice Award for best hair spray.

White Sands Firm Hold Liquid Texture as a Styling Spray

When I have dried my hair, after using White Sands Infinity Liquid Texture Firm Finish Spray on the roots, I style. I used the Firm Hold Liquid Texture as a styling spray, picking it and piecing it with my fingers again. Any holes in my style, I smooth out with a pick.

Summary

This senior citizen has found relief from the peeled onion syndrome and all the fussing that comes along with it. I have spent thousands on hair styling products over the years, but White Sands Infinity Liquid Texture Firm Finish Spray and White Sands Firm Hold Liquid Texture are the alltime best 2 products for fine, limp hair. I now look like I have a lot more hair and it does not go flat in moist conditions and my style is flexible! No more fussing with my hair. I style it and leave it.
