A Shadow in the Dark

As her family were all sitting by the TV. She got up and went to the kitchen. When she walked back in the room her brother, who was leaning on a piece of furniture, and her mom and dad were sitting on the sofa. She was quiet as a mouse. And they didn't see her come in the room.

Suddenly, the lady on the TV, wad tiptoeing up to the window to peek in. Nobody saw her, or so she thought. The moment was filled with suspense. All eyes were on the TV.

From behind the lady, came a man that wasn't seen. She was outside in the dark and suddenly a man tiptoed up to her and put his hand on her shoulder. She jumped and was terrified. I too, was terrified, and I let out a terrible scream. At the same moment that the girl screamed. Her brother feel off the piece of furniture that he was leaning on, and her mom and dad jumped up ever so quickly, to see what was the matter.

Just then the phone rang and the lady up the street was calling to see if everything was alright. She said she her their daughter screem. Her mother had to explain to the neighbor that she was alright, and that they were watching something frightening on TV. So the little girl that had left the room, got in trouble for being so quiet and not saying something when she walked into the room.

Her screem must of been very loud and was piercing their intermost being. They didn't get to see the rest of the TV show. Nor did that watch TV for a few days. And her mother was so upset,.

Years later the girl was living in a house up on a hill and it looked like the very house that the lady was tiptoeing up to the window. We never did figure out what the outcome of that show was.

Never peek in somebodies window, especially in the dark.
