A Shaky Base for Global Taxation

So much is discussed in official meetings and their respective documented conclusions regarding global warming and how humans are to blame for it, yet very little time and space are allotted to the actual science that explains why and how phenomena such as global warming and global cooling occur. Among many of those documents, -which seems to have more weight than the science behind the warming- is the United Nations Framework on Climate Change. This document is from the very beginning full of errors and baseless unscientific claims. It begins by blaming humans and using flawed science as the bases for installing a World Government.

Let us take it from the start. Paragraph 1 says "Global Warming is the increase in global average temperatures in the course of the 20th century." In reality, global warming is a natural process which has occurred in our planet, and in other planets for thousands of years, way before humans appeared. It then continuous; "... it is caused by greenhouse gas concentrations caused by human activity..." The truth is that it is scientifically proven that the amount of emissions humans produce due to industrialization (mostly CO2) is so small, that its effect on planetary warming would be in the hundreds of a percent. The total concentration of CO2 (now identified as a harmful pollutant by the United States EPA) in the atmosphere is of only 5 percent, and it is from that five percent that we need to track down how much is of human contribution. On the other hand, water vapor, the most abundant greenhouse gas (95% concentration in the atmosphere) is completely omitted when talking about the warming phenomenon.

The first paragraph continues saying "...these anthropologic emissions have increased in 70% from 1970 to As true as that might be, the document fails to explain that global emissions of CO2 for example, follow planetary warming, and not the other way around. All these claims are based on the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Report (IPCC), which has been debunked in numerous occasions by scientists who use science and not flawed climate models to study global warming and climate change. The disinformation and half truths continue on the next sentence, where the writer asserts that global warming is a natural process by which our planet´s temperature is regulated. Without it, is says, "...our planet would be considerably colder and mostly uninhabitable..."

If you are not astonished yet, wait for the lies in the second paragraph. "...scientists warned that global warming beyond natural variability was occurring, and that it was in large part due to human activity..." The truth is that the idea of anthropogenic global warming came form the head of one man, a Swedish scientist by the name Bert Bolin who said he was not sure this was true. It was just a hunch. His statement came during a time when the same media and the same elite warned the public of impending catastrophes due to Global Cooling.

The U.N.´s text continues "...advancements on computer technology had permitted the development of complex and more realistic climate models." The type of models the author refers to are the same ones we have recently discover were explicitly manipulated to accommodate the policies created by the United Nations and other non-governmental institutions.

What one would expect is that when in doubt, scientists use the scientific method or solid evidence to study global warming in depth. However, this was not what happened. Instead, corrupt scientists and policy makers fabricated a bogus consensus and decided to find ways to impose new emission policies onto the nations. This is when the U.N., the World Meteorological Organization and the U.N.´s Environment Program decided to create the IPCC, a bureaucratic organization that would have the last word on the effects of human activity on global warming. It was from this organization that the idea of man-made global warming exploded as an excuse to tax the world´s population. The IPCC report blames humans for CO2 emissions, but leaves out a tiny yet very important detail. Human-produced CO2 is so small when compared with amounts of CO2 emitted by animals and volcanos, that it is impossible to blame ourselves for the warming of the planet. While humans produce 6.5 gigatons of CO2 a year, animal emissions account for 150 gigatons and volcano CO2 emissions emit more CO2 a year that all human sources combined. According to Carl Wunsch, professor of oceanography at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the ocean is the greatest host and emitter of CO2 in our planet, not humans. Wunsch says oceans are the greatest reservoirs of CO2. Wunsch wrote four books on oceanography where he states that CO2 is released from oceans in larger amounts when its temperature is warmer. In contrast, the oceans absorb larger amounts of CO2 if they become cooler. "If you heat the surface of the ocean it emits CO2," says Wunsch. See The Great Global Warming Swindle at 24 minutes. He explains that the time lag of about 800 years between the increase in temperatures and the increase in CO2 concentration in the atmosphere can be understood through this phenomenon. "Oceans are so vast that it takes them a few hundred years to catch up with the planet´s temperature shifts." Current changes in CO2 concentrations are then the consequence of temperature variations that occurred hundreds of years ago, not since 1940 or 1970 as the IPCC report assets.

The main goal of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change is "to reduce greenhouse gases concentration down to pre-industrialization levels."(Page 2). That means a drastic reduction in development in the industrialized countries and a stop to all development in the third world countries. The document is not clear on how a world tax on emissions would help stop the greenhouse gases from affecting the planet. What it is clear is that the Copenhagen Agreement would enable the creation of a Climate Fund that would manage the monies taxed from the nations. The Copenhagen Agreement also implements the creation of a global entity to control the planet´s resources, means of transportation, financial transactions and funding allotment. Those countries that do not comply with the regulations adopted under the Copenhagen Agreement will not receive funding to mitigate the consequences of de-industrialization and those that do not meet the goals established in the same agreement will be punished through the framework the U.N. helped create.

A recently revealed document called the "Danish text" which was obtained by The Guardian newspaper, and which is intended to become part of the Copenhagen Agreement unmasks the deceit which developing countries will be subjected to. The paper states that both the secrecy of the document along with what it contains, has caused the poor countries to ´react furiously.´ Although the Guardian´s report erroneously points out that the new guidelines will give rich countries more power, -when in reality it gives it to the banks that control the governments- it correctly points out that the new agreement would erase the compromises acquired in the Kyoto Protocol and that the U.N. would no longer be the main body in charge of global policies. Instead, the World Bank and newly created non-elected organizations such as the Climate Fund, would supervise all policies.

The ´Danish text´ also changes the game when it comes to emissions limits as they were negotiated before. Now, poor nations will be able to emit 1.44 tons per person, per year, while developed ones will be allowed to release on average 2.67 tons but in instances as much as 6 tons per person, per year. The ´Danish text´ was created by a group called the ´circle of commitment´, and had been shown to few representatives after it was finished. The fraud of man-made global warming goes beyond all this. On paragraph 4, page 2 of the Framework, the author switches from global warming to climate change and cites that "climate change is defined by the convention as change of climate that is attributed directly or indirectly to human activity..." It then goes further to say that the Convention´s agreements are applicable to all parties (Nations) and that individual enforcement will be used to make sure parties comply. The ´Danish text´ will force the poor nations to emission cuts and measures that were not present in the original agreement. It also further divides the countries by creating a group of the ´most vulnerable´, that will be held to different standards.

Another point in which the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change lies to signing members and the public, is on the assumption that whatever was done so far is not enough and that more action is urgently needed. (Page 4, last paragraph). More action is not needed or urgently needed due to the fact no emergency exists. The whole base for the signing of protocols and agreements as well as the transfer of power to supranational groups are false and criminal. There is no man-made global warming occurring and the warming experienced before 1998, for example, was naturally taking place.

What awaits nation states that adopt the Copenhagen Agreement is simply more of the same. First, an engineered crisis which the bankers then offer a solution for. Such solution will mean more consolidation of the economy and the resources of the planet through front organizations like the United Nations, the Climate Fund, the World Bank, and so on. Second, developing countries will be further dominated through tax impositions of 2% of their GDP as well as between 2 and 10%% tax on all fuels. Third, developed nations, -which are handled by the Anglo-Saxon corporate-military complex- will remain as such, but ever more under their control. Food and water availability will be diminished and under the control of corporations already in the hands of the globalists who are calling for and sponsoring a World Government. "It is being done in secret. Clearly the intention is to get [Barack] Obama and the leaders of other rich countries to muscle it through when they arrive next week. It effectively is the end of the UN process," said one diplomat, who asked to remain nameless.
