First we will talk about color choices. Choosing lighter colors for your top half and darker colors for your bottom half will help direct attention downward and away from your bust line. If you go with dark colors on the top half of yourself then always pair it with white or very light colored clothing on the bottom. You should also wear any prints on your bottom half to help keep with the idea of drawing the eyes down and away from your chest.
Second we will be discussing accents on your clothing. Belts are great to help even out your figure and create the highly feminine hourglass look. Keep them small and place them well. If you like to decorate your tops with jewelry or embellishments, keep them small or add them to your bottom half. Put the brooch on the side of a skirt instead of between your breasts. Also choose shirts with small pleats going down the front or with vertical stripes as they serve to help minimize the look of your bust line. It is best to avoid any "top heavy" clothing. Pieces with large collars or turtlenecks will only make you look bigger on the top.
It is very important for a busty woman to have a well fitted bra with sculpted cups, strong straps, and as much support as you can deal with. Busty women need to consider spending a good deal of money on their bras, as it could be the most important piece of clothing you will ever purchase. Also, choosing dresses and tops with a sculpted bodice can further serve to support your bust line and keep you from falling out, which is always embarrassing.
Last we will talk about how to dress your feet. Statement shoes! You have the advantage of needing to draw attention down, making the perfect excuse to buy all those wild and fun shoes you have always wanted. Spend a good deal of time pick out your shoes as they will be one of the most focused on pieces in your fashion collection.
