A Short Critique of ScanTv.Org And the All Day Live Show!
Is Dian Ferguson Using a 501C3 Organization Illegally?
Some would say no, but in a recent interview with Will P. Wilson, during taping, while not actually coming out and endorsing any particular candidate which would be a clear violation of the law and put the 501C3 Status of ScanTv.org, the only public cable access channel in King County, in major jeopardy, she did make a political statement by saying there are only two political candidates running for Mayor in King County. Nuff said on that subject for now.
There is a man and a woman named Pat and Mike Shupe who have owned a house in the same family for the past 65 years located on Queen Anne at 2716 Warren Avenue North in Seattle 98109.
When they met the Penny King he was then living and filming under the Ballard Bridge last September while they were battling with a brother and sister over what to do with the property, by October Pat and Mike allowed the Penny King to live in their basement at the property
The brother and sister wanted them out of the house so the house could be cleaned up and put on the market. The house at one time would have fetched close to a million dollars in the heyday of the housing balloonery that is still being deflated all over the planet.
So the Penny King arranged a verbal, written and fully documented agreement with Pat and Mike Shupe to hire him for $1.00 per second for his precious time. The Penny King considers that since his knowledge and wisdom about economic matters do have value and have helped hundreds of not millions of people through the auspices of his domains in the Kingdom of Pen, and relative to the returns people can get from listening to his advices, he charges $3,600 per hour for his time and services rendered.
Pat and Mike Shupe later signed a $14,400 invoice for four hours of time spent, payable to Alex S. Gabor & Associates for Real Estate Consulting and Advisory Services after the Penny King had arranged to have Columbia Funding, a Seattle based licensed mortgage broker with offices on the 70th floor of the Columbia Tower run by Casey Sullivan, a slick salesman who bills himself as the CEO of a web site called Condocompare.com who is himself is caught up in the train wreckage of his own failed ponzi schemes, arrange a hard money loan for his client, Pat and Mike Shupe.
Sullivan, according to his web site acts, "As chief executive officer, ... is responsible for the overall vision, business strategy, and execution for the company. He brings more than 10 years of experience within the real estate industry to CondoCompare, Inc.
"During his years in the real estate industry, he has built a cohesive team of experts in both the online and real estate space to help CondoCompare, Inc. pioneer new innovations in online real estate sales.
"Prior to starting CondoCompare, Inc., Sullivan founded Columbia Funding, a real estate finance company in downtown Seattle. (He fails to mention the conflict of interest as a licensed mortgage broker and real estate agent).
"He also founded Type A Development, LLC, a local real estate development firm focusing on condo conversions, renovations, and land development. Both companies continue to be profitable and highly successful.
"Sullivan began his career at UBS (currently under indictment in Federal Courts and by the International Bank Activities Reform Commission) in Seattle working as an assistant to a broker, where he was responsible for new stock option accounts for the premier IPOs in the late 1990s through 2001.
"He attended Seattle Pacific University with a focus in business administration and finance.
"Sullivan is a native of Redmond, Wash. and currently resides in Seattle, Wash. with wife of six years Stephanie, son, Hudson and dogs, George and Chloe." He apparently treats dogs better than people who refer him business.
Casey Sullivan of Columbia Funding, who before the introduction by the Penny King promised to pay Alex S. Gabor and Associates $5,000 for the referral since the person the $260,000 hard money loan at 14% interest was brokered by Columbia to a Mr. Bill Mormon of NW Bridge Capital, was part of the process (the name of the ultimate investor is not known and remains hidden) of organized crime, racketeering and fraud, as the total fees racked up and charged at closing amounted to more than $36,000, leaving Alex S. Gabor & Associates' client (Pat and Mike) with less than $10,000 at the closing table to move all their accumulated belongings to Coyle, Washington where they own another piece of land free and clear with a cabin on the waterfront.
What happens next is a classic case of cloak and dagger, skullduggery and outright fraud. At the closing table, Alex S. Gabor & Associates was to receive $15,000. That account receivable was donated to the Infinite Freedom Foundation which in turn planned to hire legal counsel with the money and launch a zero interest mortgage program and continue funding the Penny Appreciation Fund which it sponsors. Nothing about that is wrong or unjust.
What is wrong and creates negative karma is that neither the Infinite Freedom Foundation nor Alex S. Gabor & Associates has to date and since the closing last May of 2009, received anything more than a place to stay in a rat infested basement, at a property which has been cited numerous times for hazardous waste issues because the backyard is full of human feces buried and scattered around by the former residents who lived there.
Instead, both Pat and Mike Shupe paid nothing to Alex S. Gabor & his associates who all helped move things (mostly tons of garbage) away from the house and worked behind the scenes to move the loan to finalization, even helping get documents coordinated for the "Lender."
What did happen is that Pat and Mike Shupe received enough to buy out the brother and sister who were for the previous past two years threatening to evict them because they were just living at the property, not paying taxes, rent or maintenance while the house was gradually making the local neighbors frightened at the blightly looking environment these people were creating with their inability and negligence.
The Penny King had been hired to negotiate and settle with the brother and sister and each sibling walked away with $105,000 leaving the rest of the money to pay Columbia Funding, Casey Sullivan, the loan sharks, Northwest Bridge Capital, Bill Mormon, the title company, the escrow company, the lender's attorney, the investors interim interest, the county assessor, the state and the federal tax man on this transaction, leaving Alex S. Gabor & Associates with nothing and their client with less than enough to move all their belongings, let alone make any professional improvements to or for the property. (The terms of the loan are and remain usurious at best).
Instead, Pat and Mike Shupe, Casey Sullivan and Bill Mormon equally conspired to have Alex S. Gabor's fees ignored and forever not paid. It would have been illegal to do so under the state law but it would not have been illegal for them to make a kind donation to the Infinite Freedom Foundation in gratitude to the dozens of people who supported their television shows and their businesses with referrals, publicity and attention.
None of them had any intention of paying Alex S. Gabor and in fact both of them filed complaints with the State of Washington Financial Institutions Office stating that Gabor and his co-horts were "operating as a mortgage broker without a license". (A false and misleading statement to a government official is considered a felony in some jurisdictions). It is amazing how quickly perceptions shift when big money is involved!
Despite being advised repeatedly by the Penny King never to mortgage your home, no matter how desperate you are for cash, in the long run you will lose everything if you do, the Shupe's went ahead and signed the papers and took the illusory money they could get their hands on, against all better judgments.
Here is where numerous violations of federal, state and county laws lay buried deep beneath this property, the players fooling with it, and the fools not paying attention at the State Regulator levels.
Mike Shupe is not a real estate investor and never can become one. He owned a third interest the property his deceased mother left her children. The money he received was not used for business and investment purposes nor was it clearly ever intended to be that way. The majority of the money went to Mike's brother and sister and to the people who arranged the money, sans Alex S. Gabor & Associates which in the past has provided expert testimony on the subject of mortgage fraud!
Now there is a legal battle pending for this decrepit piece of property on Queen Anne where the Bank Activities Reform Commission (BARC) sponsored by the Foundation, is bringing a lawsuit in Federal District Court against all the parties who were involved including the State of Washington! The ultimate legal question is, is it right for Bankers to force elderly people out of their homes in this way?
This was Mike Shupe's primary residence for 65 years. He was forced, coerced and cajoled into signing papers by his wife, his brother, and his sister, all out of greed rather than human compassion. Mike Shupe is a brain dead, clumsy ox like figure who reminds you of a happy go lucky lazier faired Paul Bunyan.
He towers over you like a lumberjack, a profession he once dabbled in but in reality he is a trained Engineer who has been offered hundreds of jobs but turns them all down. "He is just lazy", said Carson, one of his former tenants who traded an RV for rent in the same rat infested basement. (The rats were so bad Carson said he had to get a cat to keep the growing rat population down.)
"Mike Shupe suffers from the invisible forces of the government who have zapped him," said another person familiar with the situation but didn't want to be identified. He basically is mentally incompetent and defers all decisions to his wife, Pat, so it was Pat, not Mike, who made the final decision to take the usurious loan, but she in fact had no right to make that decision despite the marriage which some say is not even legitimate.
Six months of interest were set aside and lately Pat and Mike filed a police report against the Penny King after he brought over a homeless girl (Roo was her nickname because she hopped around the country like a Wallaby) he picked up in Ashland Oregon on the way back from Los Angeles, who was going to be one of his penny pinchers and penny tellers, but instead Pat and Mike filled Roo's little 19 year old head full of hearsay and false statements, so she went back to living in a tent in Ashland's Jackson Wellsprings, a natural hot springs clothing optional resort.
The Penny King has been banned from "the Embassy", what Mike Shupe calls his personal residence of the past 65 years, which he claims is still part of the Northwest Territories and he its only Ambassador of Reason, since Mike Shupe firmly believes that Washington States constitution was never fully ratified into legally granting the entity Statehood, and that the King County Sherriff's department is run by shape shifting reptilian aliens, with a big smile on his face.
Roo totally deep cleaned the kitchen at the Embassy as Mike Shupe likes to call it and the last word Pat had given to the Penny King was that she and Mike would be gone for six weeks in Coyle because their shows at the ScanTv.org studios on 98th and Aurora in Seattle were both cancelled! (If you saw the shows you would understand why!).
Now this woman, Pat Shupe, who is being interviewed by Will P. Wilson on the All Day Live Show, a pretaped and edited show which airs every Friday at 10 PM, is ranting and raving in this scene for about ten minutes and she makes no sense. She makes reference to her current plight and blames everyone but herself. Why have insane people on your show?
To illustrate what lengths certain people in the mortgage industry will go to steal people's property, their house is now listed on Zillow as having been recently sold for $158,000, basically what the land is currently worth in the open market. Unfortunately, a rat infested house is not worth a penny!
Did someone buy the note from the original investor for $158,000, giving that investor a paper loss for the tax year, and is there a secret agreement between the current title holder of the property and Bill Morman recorded with the County?
There is no record of Bill Mormon or NW Bridge Capital in the country records as having ever been in title or having any ownership interest in the property but he managed to pull $36,000 in ill gotten gains along with another $10,000 given to Casey Sullivan as a kick-back, and when contacted by investigators at the Bank Activities Reform Commission, had nothing to say about the whole matter and rudely hung up the phone!
That is what Pat and Mike should be ranting and focusing their raving on, but instead she is lost in conspiracy theories and added inapplicable false and misleading rumors, hearsay and balderdash!
"The woman is definitely insane and the authorities should declare her such", said the Penny King.
Then, later in the show, along comes this man named Retired Captain William (Bill) Mount, claiming that he has saved Seattle from nuclear attack on 20 separate occasions, and the prevented at least three assassination attempts on the President Obama's life.
My only question to Mr. (arrogant as any American could be) Blount is, "how do you prove something that never happened? How do you prove a nothingness?
Case closed!
