A Short Halloween Poem

many have waited all year.

Pumpkins and cauldrons await,

as parents purchase costumes in haste.

Children get excited to feed,

while neighbors are the ones with the deed.

All will have a good time,

as they agree that it was sublime.

Several seasons will pass,

but none will surpass.

Halloween is here to stay,

as it will never go away.
